Without Limits Club

The Without Limits club was started last year during the 2018 Fall semester when three students attended a focus group on disability hosted by the President of the Ignite Student Association at Humber College. We stayed after the group was over and continued to share our experiences with accessibility on campus with each other. Finding people who had similar experiences, similar worries as well as the success stories we were able to share was both a huge relief and incredibly empowering. We wanted to share this experience with more people on campus who faced the same challenges we were encountering. We also wanted to include our abled-peers and share our experiences with them to promote understanding and acceptance, ultimately encouraging allyship.
